It consists of a collapse surrounded by old volcanos.
It is a peat bog in formation where trees and shrubs
develop on a wet ground in decomposition.

A particular species found its place there:
Drosera.
It is about a carnivorous plant whose sheets are covered
hairs " specialized " in the capture and the digestion of the insects...

in June midges and small insects
who pullulate in this perpetually wet zone
make the happiness of will drosera of which irritable glandular hairs
are as many traps which immobilize them while being folded back...
Remain with the gastric juices of the plant to digest carefully

For our friends poets, these small tueuses is also called " rossolis "
(or dew of the sun) in connection with the droplets of acid liquid which bead
at the end of each hair and are shining with the sun.....
